Physical Merchandise

• Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

• Refunds: Processed once returned item is received and inspected.

• Exchanges: Available depending on stock.

 

Digital Products & Services

 

Due to the nature of digital music, mixes, or downloadable content, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

 

Event Cancellations

 

Refunds for booked DJ services are handled per the agreement or contract terms. In general, deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event.
